1. Introductory call
The initial 30-minute conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so the time can be released or rescheduled.
2. Discovery, workshops and booked sessions
Fees are communicated before confirmation. Unless a different written agreement applies, a session may be rescheduled without charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later changes may require payment for reserved and prepared time.
3. Project changes or termination
Full-stack projects are organised around phases and deliverables. A change request is reviewed for its effect on dependencies, timing and completed work. Termination follows the specific project agreement, including the treatment of completed work, approved expenses, access and handoff materials.
4. When a refund may apply
A refund may cover amounts paid for work not yet started when cancellation is allowed by the applicable agreement. Completed work, reserved time and approved third-party costs are generally not refundable. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the booked activity, relevant date, reason for the request and your preferred outcome. We will reply with the status of the work and the options available under the agreement.
